I've just posted this message on the MSNBC message boards.

I logged into MSN and saw the question - what do you want to speak out about... it inspired me to turn this ball of thoughts into a few sentences. There's so much more that just bothers me that I'd like to delve as "advice". With my life experience I can't really say it's the answer - but it's at least something to think about. I'd like to hear some discussion on the matter - give me some insight I lack.

I think why I do because I feel I'm open to ideas that can change. I hope others ideas can change too - thats the only way we'll evolve as a civilization. If we get to high up on our steel horses, we may miss what goes on around us.

I just have to vocalize my contempt, though I don't think I need to. There may be a few disallusioned souls who don't agree she should have stayed in jail, but the general consensus so far is disgust. Everyone on the radio, anyone I've mentioned it to today, they all feel the same.

You don't like hot dogs? You're cold? SUCK IT! It's JAIL! Think how long you'd be there if you actually ran into someone while DUI. You'd be in there a hell of a lot longer then 45 days.

Why not get a driver? You've got enough money, and wouldn't you like to not have to worry about driving after drinking?
