I wanted to note that I'm feeling pretty good now. A weekend of relaxing and eating did me wonders and I've been careful to posture properly at work to reduce undue need for a backeeotomy.
We spent almost new years at Jen and Matt's, ate some ribs, played some wii and then got home in time to see the big sparkly thing... forget what it was but it was sponsored by Nivea.

It was a fun time, with wii, kareoke, foos, and laughing on the porch.
*update* Just for you Jay ->
*PING!*The food was plentiful, as was the drink.
I remember select moments, so please elaborate via comments if you were there (or if you weren't and would like to pretend, I'll allow it). I remember fiddling with the computer - 3 days of making sure everything was installed, the settings were right, and everything was good to go in order to allow a smooth demo presentation of the fun that is the monster machine with the graphics, and the various controlers of specific application.
Both Chris and Matt never got a chance, so my apologies - you may come and play any day :] We were running back and forth all drunk and stuff, and in the midst of it all I did not ask if anyone else wanted to play. :]
I did have a great time, Dan showed me that however odd his methods are -- they get results. I suppose once the seed is planted you can establish the seccond impression. I was thinking a negative first impression can be so lasting, that it's detrimental -- apparently not the case.
I don't think I made any resolutions this year - but everyone keeps saying "It's a big year for you." to both Nicole and I. I suppose, I consider we're there already, but apparently it changes when you have the official title.

Well I must say last night was the shiggity-sham-sharoo... I saw people from all over, the usuals, met a few first timers, as well as some people from work. Everyone was having a blast, kickin it up and goin wild. I even found myself kissing a beautiful young lady when the ball dropped. It was a good time. Props out to everyone I met, and here's to a fresh start in 2002! (the year of the
palindrome)
