I reminded Phil he needs to be out by the 1st, this is hampering my being able to rent out his room. He's just using me now.

He gets violently angry whenever I remind him of this, that he'll have to be out -- I've done all I can. I'm just really sad about this whole thing.
He's done it to himself.
