Well, they say they've got proof - hardly recognizable, and the xray doesn't look like anything... and what's this about 90% matchup on the dental records for one of them... is it 70% on the other guy and thats where they get the 80%???

Still -- it'll probably help, maybe quiet things down a little - give the soldiers a break. Worse case scenario would be that it's not them, and this would probably make them come out of hiding to prove otherwise if it isn't.
